CT Valley Bindery offers Wire-O double loop binding, with in-house equipment including TP-480 Rilecart Semi-Automatic Coilers, a Renz Autobind 500 HS machine, and a Rilecart B-599 Fully Automatic Double Loop Wire-O Binder.
TP-480 Rilecart Semi-Automatic Coilers:
Speeds up to 500 books per hour- In-line automatic crimping
- Sizes from 3" x 2" to 16" x 18"
- Hole sizes: 3:1 or 2:1 available
Renz Autobind 500 HS:
- Speeds up to 2,000 books per hour
- Wire diameter: 5/16" up to 1"
- In-line automatic crimping
- Maximum binding size: 18" x 20"
- Minimum binding size: 3" x 4"
- Hole sizes 3:1 or 2:1 available
Rilecart B-599 Fully Automatic Double Loop Wire-O Binder:
- Speeds up to 4,000 books per hour
- Wire diameter: 5/16" up to 1"
- In-line automatic crimping
- Maximum binding size: 18" x 20"
- Minimum binding size: 3" x 4", programmed for one length or “skipped binding” up to five lengths
- Hole sizes: 3:1 or 2:1 available
